Since 2015, I’ve run a successful accommodation business in Lytham St Annes. I understand what it means to market a brand while serving customers, managing staff, handling finances and keeping everything moving.
That experience shapes my advice. Reputation, reviews, repeat business and careful spending matter to me because I deal with them in my own business too.
